At ICUK we like to provide more than just broadband connectivity. All our control panels have been designed in-house to supply you with visibility of your order from the moment you place it through to when it's live. The same panel allows you to view and manage any other ICUK services you have purchased from us without the need to access additional interfaces. As standard we provide you with first class support either over the phone or email from our Surrey based office. Regardless of the question you are guaranteed a friendly and detailed response without scripted replies or queues. All staff are trained to know our products well, and are fully prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that your broadband experience with ICUK is as fast and reliable as possible.
