We are currently looking to expand our development and support departments within ICUK. We have two vacancies currently available. Details of how to apply are listed at the bottom of the page.

1. Full time Windows .NET Developer
2. Full time Technical Support

1. Experienced Full Time Windows .NET Developer

YOUR ROLE
You will be working as part of a small team in our Purley (South London) offices and have the ability to share your own ideas and experiences to shape our next generation platforms. Your role will be to help develop existing and future platforms. Given that we operate in the hosting, Internet and telecom arenas the range of development paths is vast and you will have some very interesting tasks to work on. Some will require you to work on projects without assistance, others will be completed as a team. The required candidate must be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for developing as well as good technical ability. Knowledge of the industries we operate in isn't essential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent understanding of ASP / .NET / Visual Basic
- Microsoft SQL
- XML
- Enthusiasm

ADVANTAGEOUS
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Experience using IIS
- Applied knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Experience with UNIX / PHP / Perl / MySQL
- Common Internet applications and services (email, web, FTP etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Full Time Technical Support

YOUR ROLE
You will be working alongside an existing team of support personnel looking after customer queries over the phone and email. It is a busy operation that prides itself on delivering first class responses with calls answered in seconds and emails within minutes. Although it is advantageous for you to have previous experience we are a learning organisation and are happy to invest our time in training the successful application in all areas of our business.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of broadband (eg router setup, home networking)
- Understanding of hosting and scripting
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm

ADVANTAGEOUS
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience using IIS and or Apache
- Experience with ASP / PHP / Perl / MySQL / SQL
- Previous telecommunication experience
- Common Internet applications and services (email, web, FTP etc)
