Otelo

We are a member of the Telecommunications Ombudsman Service, otherwise known as Otelo. Otelo provide a free and independent service that has been approved by the regulator (Ofcom). Otelo's job is to investigate complaints fairly by listening to both sides of the story and looking at the facts if a you have a complaint. For more information click here.
