Full Root Access
For Windows users you have full administrator Remote Desktop rights, and Linux machines full root SSH access, allowing
you to control the machine and install and configure all aspects of the server.
All users can have an optional FREE ICUK control panel installed making the process of setting up and managing dedicated server accounts very easy. |
Service Level Agreement
All ICUK servers are backed up by a comprehensive service level agreement covering you on all aspects of our service.
This includes instant hardware replacement,
5 minute engineer response times, and

No Minimum Contracts
There is no minimum contract period on our dedicated servers, but you can make considerable savings if you pay quarterly
or annually rather than every month.
