Custom Built Dedicated Servers

We appreciate that our standard offerings may not always matched your desired specification. As such we are prepared to customise any server to meet your exactly standards. We will also complete these custom changes for a fixed one-off price agreed in advance that doesn't affect your monthly subscription. This one-off cost will also cover you for any replacement parts you may need in the future should a failure occur.

Choice of Operating Systems

We are able to cater for operating systems which are different to those we advertise on our standard fleet of servers. Options include:

o Ubuntu
o CentOS
o Debian
o Redhat Fedora
o Windows 2003
o Windows 2008

Tell us what you need and we will endeavour to meet your specific requirements. Just ask! Not all operating systems are compatible with our control panels, so please check if you do wish to retain this functionality.

Hardware Specifications

All our "next generation" range of servers can have the hardware specifications changed to meet your needs. This may mean upgrading the size of the hard drives, or perhaps the additional of more RAM, or even and additional network card for a LAN connection between machines. Most upgrades only incur one-off charges to pay for the additional hardware, and maybe a small labour charge if the work will take a while to complete. Our upgrade policy ensures you get the server you need without necessarily having to pay a high monthly charge.

Multiple Data Centres

We currently operate with two data centres in central London in close proximity to each other. A 100Mbit connection is available between the two allowing customers to run redundant applications between two centres each with their own power supplies and connectivity.

Load Balancers

We are able to provide ready-made dedicated load balancers designed for the most demanding applications.

Custom Bandwidth

By default all our "next generation" dedicated servers come equipped with 100 Mbit connectivity with 10,000GB of data transfer per month. We can offer you further alternatives such as:

o 10 Mbit Unmetered and Unshared bandwidth
o 100 Mbit Unmetered and Unshared bandwidth
o 1 Gbit Unmetered and Unshared bandwidth
