RAID 10 Hard Drives
Our Ultimate servers come with RAID 10 hard drives. To create a RAID 10 mirror you need a minimum of 4 disks. They provide excellent redundancy (as blocks are mirrored) and excellent performance (as blocks are striped). This is one of the best setups for mission critical applications such as databases. |

Super Fast and Unmetered Connection

KVM
A KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) is a hardware device that allows a user to control their dedicated server from a console level as if you had a screen and keyboard directly connected at the data centre. This is ideal if you would like ultimate control of your server including BIOS access. |

Full Root Access
For Windows users you have full administrator Remote Desktop rights, and Linux machines full root SSH access, allowing
you to control the machine and install and configure all aspects of the server.
Alternatively you can use our control panels to setup and configure accounts without any previous experience needed! |

All our support is housed internally based in Surrey. There are no "press 2 for.." options
