Our bulk SMS solutions provide individuals and businesses with a means to not only save money on their SMS text messaging costs, but to provide a more convenient way of communicating with friends or clients. This first release allows the sending of upto 1500 messages a minute, all through premium routes for the highest level of delivery success worldwide.

Our SMS platform really puts your clients in the driving seat, giving you access to a range of very powerful solutions to make the sending of bulk messages very easy. SMS gives you a new way of communicating simple messages to your clients in a very targeted and cheap marketing medium.
 

Originator Names

Multiple Originator Names

Users of our can benefit from the ability of sending messages branded with their own name. For example a company with the name of Dentist Limited could have messages appearing on their clients phone with the sender name of DENTIST upto a maximum of 11 characters.

 
Originator Numbers

Multiple Originator Numbers

Should you own or manage multiple phones we allow you the ability to send messages appearing as that that originating phone's number. For example, if your phone number is 0788191919 our platform will allow you to send messages from our control panel appearing as if it were sent by that phone. Customers / friends receiving messages from you will see the originatoring name as 0788191919 (or how they list you in their phonebook), and can reply in the normal way back to your phone.

IMPORTANT: This solution is backed up by security systems to revent misuse and fraud. Only once the number has been validated by our system, and you can demostrate ownership of the phone, can it be used as an originator.

 
Online Management

Online Management

As a reseller you can map SMS services to any of your customer accounts at no additional cost. Your customer can then manage this facility through the same interface they do for CPS, xDSL and Hosting services without the need for new login details to be issued.

You have the ability to send messages around the clock for immediate delivery. We allow you to send messages to over 540 GSM networks in 190 Countries. We only use premium carriers such as Vodafone to ensure that delivery is quick to any phone or network regardless of their location in the world.

 
Scheduled SMS Sending

Schedule Sending (date & time)

You can opt to pick when to send your messages. This can be useful for targeted marketing (eg just before a program starts), or can be as simple as appointment reminders (eg this is confirmation that your table is booked for 8pm on Tuesday 24th).

If plans change then we give you the flexibility to re-schedule when the message is sent, or if you simply wish to cancel. Our message logs clearly show all messages that are queued.

Pre-Pay SMS Accounts

Pre-Pay Accounts

To prevent customers getting carried away with the number of messages they send you are able to run your accounts on a pre-pay basis. It works like this:

  1. You purchase credits online from us at wholesale prices with discounts for the more purchased.
  2. You agree with your client how much they purchase 1 credit from you at (eg 8 pence) and how many they want (eg 2000 credits), and invoice them accordingly.
  3. Once you have received payment, or before, you can apply the purchased credits to their account. They cannot send more messages than they have credits for, but similarly you cannot issue more than you have purchased from us.
 
Post-Pay SMS Accounts

Post-Pay Accounts

For customers who find the pre-pay accounts restrictive we have developed a post-pay option. Selecting a customer to have an post-paid SMS account provides the following features:

  1. You can setup tariffs to ensure you can easily bill them for their usage at the end of the month
  2. Access a statements page which lists all your post-pay customers. This shows you in real-time all the credits they have consumed, and the amount you need to invoice them for in accordance with the SMS tariff.
  3. A pre-assigned credit limit is imposed by ourselves which can be raised. This is to prevent accounts getting too carried away with themselves.

Single Entry into Phonebook

You can enter customers into your phonebook one by one. As well as entering the customers name and mobile / landline number, you can also enter their email address for your own records and reference. Ideal for adding new friends details, or when new appointments are made and need to be confirmed via SMS.
