IMPORTANT PRICING DETAILS FOR TELECOM RESELLERS ONLY
Our Telecom Reseller pricing is made up of two parts. A monthly subscription, and a profit share solution. We have designed
this system to be as fair as possible to our resellers and to allow them full access to our own wholesale rates without
applying a hidden surcharges to all destinations.
NOTE: Profit share only applies to the CPS element of the reseller and has no implications for the line rental, xDSL or SMS facilities.
We consider this a far fairer policy which will see resellers benefit from higher levels of profit, and your success will
help fund new features in our continous development plans. All Resellers with receive 80% of the profit made on the calls
their clients make. It is up to the reseller to collect the monies owed, and ICUK will invoice you our wholesale
charges for those calls, plus the 20% of the gross profit you have made that month.
Such a system will see ICUK benefitting from a closer relationship with our resellers, as it is in both parties
interest to improve sales and facilities. Taking the traditional view of providing inflated wholesale rates resellers
can disadvantage reseller in the following ways:
- Key destinations which notoriously have low profit margins (eg mobile phone calls) are inflated which prevents you
remaining competitive even without your own margin added
- Reseller profitability can suffer
- The supplier can lack motivation to help reseller sales or introduce new features (ICUK has a long and continous development plan)
- Resellers don't necessarily benefit from economies of scale
