SPAM and Virus Filtering Control Panel

The SPAM + Virus Filtering is available in two guises, one for the the domains which you control and host via your reseller control panel, and the other for accounts which may be hosted elsewhere. We have designed our control panel interface to be as simple and intuitive as possible. It can provide those customers who simply want to eradicate SPAM and Viruses with the minimum setup and maintainence time, but also fulfill the needs of those who like to tweak settings to match their personal preferences, or who are simply fascinated how the filter can accurately catch unwanted email.

The control panel interface is split up into 5 parts:
 

Usage Graph
This shows in real time how many legitimate, spam, and virus bourne emails are flowing through your account at any one time, as well as a summary of the past week and month. A run down of the top 9 global viruses caught by our system are displayed for reference.

Delivery Options
Allowing you to decide how to treat mail. Whether to block it from your mailbox completely, or simply mark it for local filtering to take effect.

Filter Sensitivity
You can adjust how sensitive you would like the SPAM Filter to be. Each email is scored on a points basis. A more sensitive approach will decrease the score required for the system to consider an email as SPAM.

SPAM Reports
When the filter identifies a message as junk, it makes a report indicating why the message was targeted as such. This is included as a plain text attachment.

Additional Spam Settings
Allows you complete control over your own white and black lists to allow and block mail from certain senders.
