I can understand that the concept of unlimited sounds daft, but the reality is that I also seem to get what I need.
Even more importantly is that they respond to emails promptly and most problems are dealt with in a short period of time.
Having used Demon, pipex, CiX I value the customer support. The *big* boys would do well to review their customer support (well
keep-at-arms length) policies.
